Thomas Ventura offers his real estate clients a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a vast market knowledge honed from his experiences working with landlords and tenants on both office and retail transactions. Always interested in commercial real estate, this has been his entire career. He interned at Douglas Elliman as well as Empire State Realty Trust with the leasing team, and was an office leasing broker working on Manhattan office deals before joining Douglas Elliman again as a licensed agent.

Thomas specializes in retail leasing, representing the needs of both tenants and landlords. Through extensive research, networking and due diligence, he helps connect tenants with their perfect retail spaces throughout Manhattan. Thomas always stays up to date on all retail trends and commercial transactions, to give clients the most relevant and valuable information about the market. He earned a B.A. in Economics from New York University, and uses this background to take an analytical approach to commercial real estate.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Thomas played collegiate baseball and has an interest in all sports. He also loves the New York City restaurant scene, is a fitness enthusiast, and stays constantly abreast of all NYC commercial real estate news, even in his free time.
